  4. Download your purchase details for a record of your transactions.

How can I view and download my course completion certificates for EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic training?

Answer: Once you’ve completed an EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or other EMS training course, you’ll receive a completion certificate. Here’s how to access it:

  1. Access “My Certificates”:

    • Click your profile image at the top right of the LMS.
    • From the dropdown menu, select “Profile”.
    • In your student dashboard, go to the “Miscellaneous” section and click on “My Certificates”. This area shows all certificates for courses you’ve completed.
  2. Receive Your Certificate by Email: After completing a course, a copy of your certificate will be emailed to you. This makes it easy to save, share, or print for your records.

  3. Notifications in Moodle: You’ll also get a notification in the LMS or Moodle app when your certificate is ready. To view it, click the notifications icon next to your profile image in the top right corner.

These certificates help you keep track of your progress and achievements with North American Rescue Training.

How can I view and download my PayPal receipt for an EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic course purchase?

Answer: After purchasing a course, you’ll receive a transaction receipt from PayPal, and here’s how to access and download it:

  1. Automatic Email Confirmation: PayPal will send a basic receipt to your email after your transaction is complete. This email receipt is automatically generated by PayPal, and North American Rescue Training cannot modify it.

  2. Accessing Detailed Receipts through the LMS: If you or your agency needs a more detailed receipt, log in to your North American Rescue Training student account:

    • Click on your profile image in the top right corner of the screen.
    • Select “My Purchases” from the dropdown menu.
    • Download a detailed copy of your purchase history from there.
  3. Need Additional Assistance? For more help with purchase receipts, go to the “Contact Student Support” tab at the top of the LMS, and our Student Support team will assist you.

Following these steps will give you easy access to your receipt details whenever needed.

How do I access student courses registered before November 4, 2024?

Answer: If you registered for a course before November 4, 2024, you can still access it in our previous learning management system. Follow these steps:

  1. Visit the former LMS at: https://nartraining.docebosaas.com/learn.
  2. Log in with the credentials you used when registering for the course.

This system contains all course materials and records for registrations prior to the transition to our new LMS.

Answer: To access your EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic online modules, log in to the LMS using your username and password. We recommend using Chrome for the best experience. Make sure to:

  • Accept cookies for the website.
  • Enable pop-ups by clicking the settings icon in the browser’s search bar and allowing “Pop-ups and Redirects.” Please note, these modules cannot be completed offline using the NAR Training App due to the need for active plugins.

How do I complete my Skills Week Course and upload my required ride-along documents?

Answer: To finish your Skills Week Course and submit your ride-along documents, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your NAR-T Student Account:

    • Access your account and navigate to the "My Courses" tab at the top left of the page.
  2. Select Your Skills Week Course:

    • Open your Skills Week course and make sure all modules are completed. You can do this by either viewing each module or clicking the green “DONE” button.
  3. Complete the "Ride-Along Form Completion" Module:

    • Locate the Ride-Along Form module and prepare your documents. If possible, scan all required documents into a single .pdf file to make uploading easier.
  4. Upload Your Documents:

    • Please note that the system allows a maximum of 5 document uploads. To avoid issues, we recommend scanning all documents into a single file.
    • Follow the instructions to upload your saved file. Agree to the submission statement and then click “Submit.”
  5. Need to Resubmit?:

    • If you accidentally submit an incorrect document, contact Student Support to request permission to re-submit your ride-along form.

Following these steps will help ensure your Skills Week requirements are completed and submitted correctly.
