Why didn’t I receive a Skills Week reminder email?
Answer: If you didn’t get a Skills Week reminder email, here are the most common reasons and steps to resolve it:
Enrollment Timing:
Reminder emails are sent automatically 7 days and 3 days before your Skills Week start date. If you registered after these dates, you will not receive the automated reminders.
Verify Your Email:
Double-check that your email address is correct in the LMS. If it’s incorrect, please click on your student profile and update your user details. If you are still experiencing issues please contact Student Support to update it.
Check Spam or Junk Folders:
Look for emails from nareducation.com in your spam or junk folder. If using a work email, ensure your IT Administrator adds nareducation.com to your safe sender list.
Contact Support:
If you’re unsure of your Skills Week schedule or still can’t find the email, contact Student Support for manual confirmation of your course details.
