Question: How do I view my purchase history for my EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, or other EMS training courses?
Answer: To see a full record of all your course purchases, follow these steps:
Click on your profile image: Locate your student profile image in the top right corner of the LMS screen. Click on it to open the dropdown menu.
Select “My Purchases”: From the dropdown, select "My Purchases". This section will display your complete purchase history, showing all courses you've bought.
After Completing a Purchase: Once you've completed a purchase, you’ll also see a “View Receipt of Payment” section at the top of the page under the "Welcome" section. You can:
Click the green “View Your Purchases” button to go directly to your purchase history, or
Click “Begin Your Learning” to immediately start your new course.
By following these steps, you’ll have quick access to your purchase history whenever you need it.
